About Auctions

01
Why are these properties being sold at auction?
Our sellers are goal-driven, motivated sellers who want to sell their home on their own terms. Auction allows sellers to set the terms and timeframe for their sales transaction while allowing all interested buyers to participate in establishing what the property is worth. Auction is the ultimate method for transparent price discovery.
02
Are these bank foreclosures?
No. Our sellers are everyday homeowners who have decided to offer their home at public auction — allowing all interested parties to participate in an open and transparent bidding environment. These are not distressed or foreclosed properties.
03
Is there a minimum bid or reserve price?
All properties are sold subject to the final approval of our sellers. We work exclusively with goal-driven sellers who are motivated to sell — so while seller approval is required, our sellers are serious about completing a transaction.

Buying & Bidding

04
Do I have to pay cash on auction day?
No. The high bidder on auction day will need to deposit 10% of the total contract price on auction day, with the remaining balance due by the closing date. You may have a financing component, however it is important to know that your bidding is not contingent upon financing or appraisal — so make sure you are pre-approved and ready before the auction begins.
05
What do I need to do to participate in the auction?
The auction will take place on Tuesday, April 12 at 7pm at our auction facility located at 3125 Rickenbacker Drive, Pasco, WA. Doors open at 5pm for early registration and the auction gets underway at 7pm. Make sure you are pre-registered and pre-approved for financing if needed before arriving.

Properties & Inspection

06
Can I inspect the properties in person?
Absolutely. All properties will have designated preview periods posted on our website under Auction Info. We strongly encourage all interested buyers to inspect properties in person before bidding.
07
Where can I find information about the properties?
All property details including taxes, HOA fees, square footage, and descriptions are listed under each property on our website. Each property also has a Documents Section on the Property Detail Page which may include preliminary title reports, covenants, maps, property disclosures, and more.
